Jamaican-American Dishes & Pastries

JA-American is the shortened word for Jamaica American food blend. The reason why I combine the words is because I have spend part of my life in Jamaica but majority of my life in the USA so I combine the authenticity of Jamaican recipe with American to make my own dishes. I love to cook and is always coming up with a combination of food. I am never without some Jamaican seasoning in my house because regardless what I am cooking I like to put in some of those special seasoning. Below are some meatless dishes I came up with.
